Nurasoi's story goes back to the day when as a dietician, Komal decided to bring an end to her client's miseries; helping them to find 'real' healthy on-the-go snacks to support their dietary requirements. The world offered speed, not health. She knew in a sea full of 'healthy junkies' she could be seen as yet another fad.

Joining forces with her colleague Chandan Maloo they envisioned a world where healthy food was not luxury but right of every individual.

Komal believes, Food is simply meant to be nutritious, what makes is too good or too bad is marketing and adulteration.

Thus, rose the idea of Nurasoi, a rebellion against empty promises, marketing gimmicks and pure food in its inherent nourishing avatar.

Komal Patel’s in-depth knowledge of India's authentic culinary methodologies to bring out the best in ingredients, amalgamated with Chandan’s practical prowess is how they're clearing the fog of confusion from supermarket shelves.
